The candidate will work on a range of unique marketing initiatives, from websites to creation of mobile web apps for iPad and smart phones. The candidate should have a high sense of design, ability to problem solve, and know how to code.

Job Description:

Our email marketing production team is currently looking for an Email Project Coordinator who will responsible for supporting a client’s email marketing initiatives. The position is on-site full-time at the client’s offices located in Deerfield, IL.

This position will be actively involved in email marketing, web programming, and database list management. The professional will design and develop HTML newsletters on a daily basis, manage/load lists into the database, and schedule the emails into ExactTarget. The position will support existing and new email campaigns, landing page development, and graphic design of creative.

Job Title: Email Project Coordinator

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years web and email development/design.
  • Third Party Email Distribution Software (ExactTarget, Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance required.
  • Highly proactive in raising flags, issues, concerns.
  • Highly creative problem solver and resourcefulness.
  • Experience with HTML, CRM, and marketing automation solutions a plus!
  • Desire and ability to thrive managing multiple projects simultaneously, changes of direction, and rapid pace.

Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play an essential role in helping to define this newly created role and executing a myriad of go-to-market programs.  Working in close collaboration with the MIS sales, marketing and product teams, this individual will drive the division’s lead management process, ensure that sales tools are organized and updated, maintain the division’s presence in online buyer’s guides (data cards), and implement a variety of programs that bolster brand awareness and generates leads. This is both a strategic a tactically focused role which is vitally important to business expansion.

Essential Job Functions

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Play a key role in designing and architecting the overall Lead Management process in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
  • Make daily decisions related to lead qualification scenarios, lead assignments, executive reporting, and ROI reporting for sales and marketing campaigns
  • CRM OnDemand – help sales and marketing fully leverage and optimize our use of Siebel CRM OnDemand for contact, campaign, and lead management
  • Specific projects include:
    • Contact list management (upload/download contacts)
    • Prospect pool searching, acquisition, and management
    • Campaign management
    • Lead management (upload/download leads)
    • ROI reporting / campaign effectiveness
    • Lead qualification
    • Sales Share reporting and management


Collateral Management & Access

  • Help establish an ideal collateral management process using our online sales enablement tools
  • Specific projects include:
    • Organize and tracking of collateral status and progress
    • Printing and shipping of collateral
    • Manage minor collateral update revision processes
    • Manage all collateral and sales tools on FUSE

 

Data Card Management

  • Help architect and create a new data card creation and management process
  • Make daily decisions regarding how to best position our data products, how to differentiate our products against the competition, and budget decisions for data cards and other marketing programs

    • Review competitor data cards to ensure competitiveness
    • Collect/validate counts and coordinate pricing with product

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
